Altus Fire and Life Safety provides Paid Time Off (PTO) to support work-life balance and overall well-being. PTO is available to full-time employees and accrues according to the following schedule:

• First Year of Employment:
  • Employees earn 10 days of PTO
• After 1 Year of Employment:
  • PTO increases to 15 days annually
• After 5 Years of Employment:
  • PTO increases to 20 days annually

Eligible employees receive paid time off for the following holidays in 2025:

Altus Fire and Life Safety provides paid sick leave to support employees during times of illness or medical need.

• Annual Allotment: Employees receive five sick days per year(*)

• Eligibility: Sick time is available immediately upon hire
• Proration: Sick time is prorated based on the number of hours worked according to your regular schedule

• Automatic Enrollment:
  • You will be automatically enrolled in the Plan at a 3% deferral rate
  • Enrollment begins the first of the month following six months of employment
• Flexibility:
  • You may opt out of the Plan at any time
  • You can also adjust your contribution rate to fit your financial goals
