Salary Range: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual fire sprinkler and standpipe inspections in accordance with NFPA-25 and local NYC codes.
- Inspect, test, and document the condition of valves, gauges, alarms, pumps, and related system components.
- Complete and submit detailed inspection reports using company systems (e.g., Service Titan).
- Identify deficiencies and provide recommendations for corrective actions or repairs.
- Communicate clearly with clients, building managers, and internal teams regarding inspection findings.
- Ensure all inspection tags, records, and paperwork are properly maintained and filed per FDNY/DOB requirements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity and reliability.
- Stay current with all FDNY, DOB, and NFPA changes and requirements.
- Support the service team by assisting in testing and minor repairs when needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fire sprinkler inspection, testing, or maintenance.
- Working knowledge of NFPA-25, NFPA-13, and FDNY code requirements.
- Must hold or be able to obtain the following certifications/licenses:
- FDNY S-12 Certificate of Fitness (Citywide Sprinkler Systems)
- FDNY S-13 Certificate of Fitness (Standpipe Systems)
- NYS Backflow Testing Certified
- FDNY F-60 (Fire Guard) preferred
- Familiarity with Service Titan or similar inspection reporting software is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
