Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $60.00 - depending on experience and licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

Service and maintain fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot deficiencies in fire sprinkler systems.
Conduct regular system tests and inspections to verify operational reliability and code compliance.
Professionally interact with customers on-site and provide excellent service.
Coordinate with office staff regarding scheduling, job status updates, and emergency service requests.
Accurately complete all required service reports, work orders, and documentation in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable codes during all fieldwork.
Participate in on call rotation.

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years’ experience of service of fire sprinkler systems.
Current Fire Sprinkler Journeyman’s license in Massachusetts preferred.
Experience servicing fire pumps, dry systems, steel & CVPC systems.
Working knowledge of all components of a fire sprinkler system.
General understanding of NFPA standards.
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
