Hourly Rate: $48.00 - $55.00/hour

Hourly Rate: $48.00 - $55.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Install, service, inspect, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot deficiencies in fire sprinkler systems.
- Conduct regular system tests and inspections to verify operational reliability and code compliance.
- Perform service and repair work on fire pumps, backflow systems, wet sprinkler systems, dry sprinkler systems, and pre-action systems.
- Professionally interact with customers on-site and provide excellent service.
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor within the field team.
- Coordinate with office staff regarding scheduling, job status updates, and emergency service requests.
- Accurately complete all required service reports, work orders, and documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable codes during all fieldwork.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable presence while representing Fire Systems Inc.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years’ experience installing, servicing, testing and maintaining various types of fire sprinkler systems.
- Proficient in NFPA13, NFPA20 & NFPA25
- Current sprinkler license in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island.
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with:
· Fire pumps
· Backflow systems
· Wet sprinkler systems
· Dry sprinkler systems
· Pre-action systems
· Sprinkler service and repair operations - Experience reading blueprints and have a working knowledge of all other components of a fire sprinkler system.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
