Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection process (research, requisition management, applicant screening, schedule interviews, extend offers, process through hire)
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver and execute talent acquisition needs.
- Builds applicant pool by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, social media, and internet job-board sites.
- Partner directly with managers to forecast immediate, mid-term and long-term staffing needs, by function.
- Follow a consistent process and best practices utilizing tools, resources, and project management skills to deliver quality Talent in a timely matter.
- Generate weekly updates for executive leadership and hiring managers about current candidate pipeline.
- Cross Departmental collaboration to provide expertise and consultation on recruiting markets, competitive trends, and recruitment strategies.
- Create and implement sourcing strategies by position (advertising, direct sourcing, social platforms, professional networks, trade schools, etc.).
- Coordinate, plan and conduct pre-screening assessments and interviews and candidate roundtables.
- Deliver white glove talent acquisition support to Business Units.
- Lead on-boarding efforts for new employees; develop processes, communication materials, workflows and systems that yield positive employee on-boarding experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience in high volume requisition environment
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations relevant to recruiting practices
- Able to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, civility, confidentiality and a high degree of ethics in all job-related actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Desire to be a key contributor within a small team.
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Suite.
